  Rogue Lords Review

Rogue Lords by Nacon (formerly BigBen Interactive and a self-professed Frogwares enemy) is based on Unity analytics with a touch of custom trackers.

What does this product do?


Unity Analytics? Boring, but as usual at the start of the game the crashlytics are initialized by the UnityCrashHandler64.exe, followed by the in-game analytics of the Unity engine including session tracking.

Since the developers of Rogue Lords want to make sure that they get data from users, they have implemented their own tracker, which accompanies the player as a shadow during every action.

Not to forget, in the main menu there was probably once an advertisement for Discord? At least images, Discord links and an advertising text are loaded, but not displayed.

As usual - there are none. Neither user agreements, nor privacy statements. What is this anyway? GDPR? First heard of it. I feel robbed.
That someone can't snoop around on private computers without permission? Should go without saying. If users did that to companies, they'd be right in the hole.
