Google App Engine (10)

Google App Engine (often referred to as "Appspot" due to the URL structure) is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that enables developers to host and run web applications in the cloud. It supports multiple programming languages and offers automatic scaling, easy resource management, and integration with other Google services.

For telemetry, App Engine provides various mechanisms for monitoring and analyzing applications, including error reports, performance data, and usage statistics. In conjunction with Google Firebase, this data can be further refined through APIs such as Firebase Installations and Google Analytics (e.g., GA4).

Depending on the implementation of data queries, it may allow authorities to access device-specific data and content from citizens to create detailed user profiles.
