To use BootStrapper commands, you must first create a steam.cfg file in the Steam installation directory.
The lines have to be entered without quotation marks
BootStrapperInhibitAll = enable - All automatic updates for the Steam client are blocked.
BootStrapperForceSelfUpdate = disable - Prevents the Steam client from updating itself.

BootStrapperInhibitAll = enable/disable - Blocks or enables automatic updates of Steam.
BootStrapperForceSelfUpdate = enable/disable - Forces or disables automatic Steam update.

BootStrapperDisableSteamCloud = enable/disable - Dis/able cloud sync for all games in Steam.
